Our Technical Services personnel provide quality configuration, installation, and implementation services that add value to your technology investment. From network design, network security, and wireless network installation, our team can handle the needs of any size feeding operation. Maintenance and repair services are offered on a contract or time and material basis.


Turnkey Hardware Service Agreenments provide the means for our qualified and industry experienced personnel to maximize your investment in your computer hardware. Our Technical Services personnel are available to answer your questions, do remote diagnostics, and when necessary, go onsite to solve your computer hardware problems. Hardware Service Agreements include:

  • Telephone Support provides access to our technical support team and ensures that your questions and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Our toll free 800 service is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
  • Remote Access Support provides our support team with the ability to directly access your system to provide remote diagnosis and problem resolution.
  • Depot Repair Service provides you with the parts you need in a timely manner. We can ship parts directly to your door and in most cases, overnight. This works well when a keyboard, monitor, or other peripheral device is known to be the problem.
  • Onsite Service is still required in many cases to determine and solve hardware problems.
  • Call Tracking is the software application we use to monitor the resolution of your question or hardware problem. Your phone call is entered into our system with a time and date stamp and transferred to the best qualified person on our staff.
